Mr. Ajay Kumar No. 2 appears on behalf of the State. This is an application seeking quashing of the F.I.R of Khusrupur P.S. Case No. 110/2014 dated 13.08.2014 instituted for the offence under Section 135 of the Electricity Act.

Looking at the nature of accusation in the First Information Report, I am not inclined to quash the same.

However if the investigation has still remained pending, it ought to be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt /production of a copy of this order before the investigating agency. The petition stands disposed of.
