Petitioner seeks bail in Sessions Trial No.476 of 2018 arising out of Sarairanjan P.S. Case No.82 of 2013 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 376, 511 Indian Penal Code. Counsel for the petitioner submits that both parties are next door neighbours. Petitioner is in custody since 27.07.2018. Complaint case has been filed for the alleged occurrence levelling allegation that this petitioner entered into the house of the informant and attempted to outrage modesty of the victim. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.74466 of 2018(2) dt.13-12-2018 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, V, Samastipur, in connection with Sessions Trial No.476 of 2018 arising out of Sarairanjan P.S.
