Patna High Court MJC No.638 of 2022(3) dt.31-07-2023 2/2 31-07-2023 The present contempt petition is filed for noncompliance of the order dated 05.10.2021 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 17459 of 2021.
2. Perusal of the order dated 05.10.2021, it is evident that petitioner has been directed to furnish representation within a period of four weeks from 05.10.2021 and thereafter, the concerned authority was directed to proceed to pass reasoned/speaking order within a period of four months from the date of filing of representation.
3. The petitioner had submitted representation on 18.10.2021. The concerned authority proceeded to pass speaking order on 05.07.2022. Therefore, there is compliance. If petitioner still feels that such order is affecting his right. In such an event, he is at liberty to file fresh writ petition in challenging the order dated 05.07.2022.
4. With the above observation, present contempt petition stands dropped.
