2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 252 of 2024 registered for the offences under Sections 137(2) and 87 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. The petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and is in custody since 17.10.2024.
4. As per FIR allegation against the petitioner is that being father he helped his son to kidnap the minor daughter of the informant aged about 17 years.
5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the

No.24826 of 2025(3) dt.24-07-2025 2/3 petitioner submitted that petitioner implicated with the present crime in question only for the reason that he is the father of co-accused namely Suraj Ram, who alleged to kidnap the minor daughter of the informant as per FIR. It is submitted that when occurrence was reported to petitioner being father, some altercations took place and thereafter out of village politics he was also implicated with the present case. While concluding the argument it is submitted that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent, and moreover, investigation has been completed, for which, charge-sheet has been submitted, as such, there is no chance of tampering with the evidence.
6. Learned APP appearing on behalf of the State, opposes the prayer for bail.

In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances as mentioned above and by taking note of fact as implication of petitioner prima-facie appears only being father of main coaccused namely Suraj Ram, coupled with the fact as petitioner is in custody since 17.10.2024, accordingly above named petitioner, is directed to be released on bail in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 252 of 2024 on
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24826 of 2025(3) dt.24-07-2025 3/3 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur/concerned court, subject to the conditions as mentioned under Section 480(3) of the B.N.S.S.
