The limited grievance of the petitioner today is nondisposal of her pending appeal no. 7 of 2020, which is said to be pending before the District Programme Officer, Patna. Appeal has been filed against order of the Child Development Project Officer, Patna vide order dated 21.03.2020. The matter is in relation to appointment of Aanganwari Sevika. Mr. Gyan Prakash Ojha, appearing for the State, submits that authority would dispose of appeal within a

In view of the submissions, the writ application need not be kept pending and is accordingly disposed of. Respondent No. 3 is directed to dispose of the appeal within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order after hearing the necessary parties, in accordance with law.
