====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 24-06-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 341, 323, 324 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The informant alleges that accused persons including the petitioners came to his shop and Jiyauddin Khan shot Mansarul Hasan causing injury on the upper part of his head and thereafter it is alleged that the petitioners along with others stabbed the informant and his brother. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent. It is next

No.21656 of 2023(2) dt.24-06-2023 2/2 submitted that from bare perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR it would manifest that no specific allegation has been alleged against the petitioners and rather the allegations are general and omnibus in nature, it is further submitted that Imran Khan and one another has been granted anticipatory bail by order dated 24.06.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 20484 of 2023. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Agrer P.S.
