ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 06-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State. The Petitioners seek quashing of the First Information Report of Samastipur (T) P.S. Case No. 15 of 2013 (G.R. No. 148 of 2013 pending before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur.

It has been submitted that since the case follows with details of income tax, a First Information having been instituted by a Police Officer is not legal.

Since the investigation should be rarely interfered with, I am not inclined to entertain this petition any longer. The application is disposed of with a direction to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17476 of 2013 dt.06-10-2015 2/2 Investigating Officer to consider the aforesaid and other aspects and conclude the investigation positively within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order.
