The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Mahindwara P.S. Case No. 66 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, two stolen motorcycle has been recovered from the house of petitioner. It is submitted that no incriminating article has been recovered from conscious possession of this petitioner. Recovery has been made from the husk house of this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Considering the fact that recovery has been made from the husk house of this petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is
