Mr.A.G ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 07-07-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Rajeev Nagar P.S. Case No. 527 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against this petitioner is that he is son-inlaw of Ram Pravesh Rai and he was carrying construction over the disputed plot situated near Pipra Gachi, Rajeev Nagar, Road No.1.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and also considering the fact that the allegation of making construction over the disputed land, the petitioner named above, in the event of arrest or surrender

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20412 of 2020(2) dt.07-07-2020 2/2 before the court below within one month from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Rajeev Nagar P.S. Case No. 527 of 2019 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
