Petitioner seeks bail in Kutumba P.S. Case No.158 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 307 and other allied sections of Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. First Information Report has been lodged against 63 named accused persons and 400 unknown persons. Petitioner has been made accused merely on suspicion.

Petitioner is in custody since 11.09.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.69418 of 2018(2) dt.29-11-2018 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Kutumba P.S. Case No.158 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
