2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 143(1), 145, 98, 3(5), 75, 79 of the B.N.S., 2023, Section 8 of the POCSO Act, Sections 75, 79 of J.J.Act, Sections 3, 4, 5, 6 of I.T.P.Act and Sections 16,17,18 of Bonded Labour System Act, 1976.

3. As per prosecution case, on 07.12.2024, during raid at Shobha Orchestra, four minor girls were recovered and upon inquiry, the girls disclosed that they were brought by this petitioner to perform dance in orchastra, but they (girls) were tortured by petitioner and others to do immoral acts. In paragraph - 27 of the case diary also, the statement of victims

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20626 of 2025(4) dt.31-07-2025 2/2 girls were recorded under Section 180 B.N.S.S., in which, they have fully supported the prosecution case. The victims are minor.
