This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Dehri Town P.S. Case No. 68 of 2015 for the offence punishable under Sections 379 411, 120-B, 307, 353, 427 of the Indian Penal Code, under Section 4(1-A), 21(1) D.E. Act, under Section 40(1) of B.M. Act and under Sections 33 and 41 of the Forest Act.

Considering the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
