JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered under Section 381 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted that the allegation is that theft was committed on 25th and 27th June, 2016 in the house of the informant as the petitioner was working as maid servant but F.I.R. was lodged on 20.7.2016 such an inordinate delay which shows due to personal grudge, this case was lodged and she has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner, namely, Anita Chowdhary @ Anita Devi Chowdhary be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5551 of 2017 (2) dt.07-02-2017 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Digha P.S. Case No.191 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
