Petitioner is accused in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 144 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 447, 332, 307, 379, 35(B), 506 and 34 Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, there is allegation of firing against the petitioner but none has sustained injury. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since12.04.2020.
