Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 341, 354(A), 509 of the Indian Penal Code and u/s 8 of POCSO Act.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have eve teased the girls, who were returning from the school. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence and in fact petitioner is victim of false implication due to village politics. The present case was lodged by the teacher and not by the so-called victim. Petitioner is in custody since 19.09.2019 and investigation in this case is complete.

Considering the facts of the case and the period of custody of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cum- Special Judge, POCSO Act, Patna in connection with Barh PS case No.436/2019.
