In this case, the petitioners are seeking regular bail in connection with Forest Case No. 61 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 32, 52 and 64 of the Forest Act and under Section 27 and 29 of the Wild Protection Act.

Allegation has been made against the petitioners that they have tried to change the forest land to cultivable land and when Forest Officers came there they managed to escape. Having considered the facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46385 of 2016 (3) dt.24-10-2016 2/2 the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10, 000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua, in connection with Forest Case No.61 of 2016.
