The petitioner is aggrieved by allotment of Petrol Pump dealership to respondent no. 8. According to him, correct procedure was not followed while making allotment. He submits

Patna High Court CWJC No.9153 of 2020 dt.15-11-2021 2/2 that he has already filed a representation to the higher authority i.e., respondent no. 2, but no decision has been taken thereon. We propose to issue a direction to the respondent no. 2 to decide the representation at the earliest. Learned counsel for the HPCL has no objection to it. We, thus, dispose off the petition with a direction to the respondent no. 2 that in case any representation is pending before the respondent no. 2, he shall take a decision thereon within four weeks from today.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
