The petitioner seeks bail in Fulwariya P.S. Case No. 96/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 47A and 47(G) of Excise Act, 2016.

The police raided a place and from there the petitioner was arrested and from his possession 104 bottles, each containing 200ml, total 21 litres of country made liquor were recovered for that the petitioner is in jail since 23.07.2016. He has already remained in jail for five months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48202 of 2016 (2) dt.23-12-2016 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate XIII, Gopalganj in connection with Fulwariya P.S. Case No. 96/2016.
