The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 181 of 2018 registered under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 471, 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no criminal antecedent of the petitioner. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case merely on suspicion. It is further submitted that on perusal of Annexure '2' to the application, it appears that the alleged amount of Rs. 5,37,719/- has already been deposited by the petitioner. These facts have been suppressed in the F.I.R. Having heard both sides and keeping in view the

No.20230 of 2019(3) dt.23-05-2019 2/2 fact that the alleged amount has already been deposited by the petitioner, and other facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 181 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of Cr. P.C.
