2. Earlier, the petitioner was granted provisional bail by this Court on medical ground with condition that he will surrender before the Court below on 09.05.2025.

3. Perusal of the supplementary affidavit shows that the petitioner has surrendered on 09.05.2025 as directed by this Court.
