====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 10-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Singhia P.S. Case No. 118 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 354, 354(B), 452, 457 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant case is counter blast of Complaint Case No. 652 of 2018 filed by brother of the petitioner.

In the written report there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner that he after entering into the house of the informant attempted to outrage her modesty. Petitioner is said to be in custody since 12.9.2018 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the

No.70915 of 2018(2) dt.10-12-2018 2/2 petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Vth, Rosera, Distt. Samastipur, in connection with Singhia P.S. Case No. 118 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
