2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 17 of 2021, for the offence punishable under Section 412 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner was already released on bail vide order dated 12.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 58751 of 2021, however, when the petitioner furnished bail bond before the Court below it was found that the statement made in Paragraph No. 3 of the bail application to be incorrect. 4. Considering the fact that petitioner was already released on bail vide order dated 12.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 58751 of 2021, the petitioner has now given correct information in Paragraph No. 3 of the present bail application, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on same terms and conditions as contained in order dated 12.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 58751 of 2021.

5. The present bail application, accordingly, stands disposed of.
