16-11-2016 The present petition has been filed with a prayer to modify order dated 23-09-2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39248 of 2016. The said petition was filed for grant of anticipatory bail, however; the same was disposed of on submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner will appear before the court below, file petition for compounding the offence and make a prayer for grant of regular bail. It was disposed of with an indication that if within a period of six weeks the petitioner appears, the learned court below may pass appropriate order. Now a plea is being taken to modify the order for fixing installment. The Court is of the opinion that once a petition is disposed of, there is no reason to pass any order for modifying or
