JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 19-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

As per informant, on account of payment against repairing charge demanded by her son Naresh Kumar Bharti, a disabled, over repairing of bicycle, an altercation took place and during course thereof, the persons so named including these two petitioners assaulted informant as well as aforesaid Naresh Kumar Bharti, took away grocery items, cash appertaining to Rs.700/- and a bicycle. Though, as per injury report, fracture over parietal region was found relating to Naresh Kumar Bharti and on account thereof, injury has been categorized as grievous while informant had sustained simple injury caused by hard and blunt substance. That being so, petitioners, Sachin Risideo @ Sachin Kumar Rishideo and Yoganand Risideo @ Yogand Rishideo are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Narpatganj P. S. Case no.274 of 2016.
