2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.353 of 2023 lodged under Sections 25(1A)/25(1-AA)/26(II)(III)/ 25(1-b)a/ 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the F.I.R. has been lodged against three named accused persons including the petitioner with allegation that one pistol and 13 cartridges have been recovered from their possession.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He submits that the nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and there is no material against the petitioner to connect him with the alleged offence.

5. Counsel further submits that petitioner is in custody since 14.10.2023 having clean antecedent.

6. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

7. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. Therefore, the bail application of the petitioner is hereby rejected. (Dr. Anshuman, J.) Prakashmani/- U T
