The petitioner seeks bail in Lakhisarai P.S. case No. 492 of 2018 registered under Section 467, 468, 471, 419, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant, Circle Officer, Lakhisarai alleged that he received residential certificates of Akanksha Kumari and Ragini Kumari and on verification it was found that both the residential certificates were forged and issued by King Digital Stodi Pen Centre owned by the petitioner and his men Manish Kumar.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, of course, the petitioner is owner of King Digital Studio and Pen Center but petitioner did not issue any forged certificate. Taking into consideration the nature of allegation

No.71741 of 2018(3) dt.17-12-2018 2/2 made against the petitioner and the fact that petitioner is in jail since 17.08.2018 and he has remained in jail for about four months, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the lime amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. case No. 492 of 2018.
