JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 23-06-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State through virtual Court proceedings. Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects within four weeks of resumption of normal court proceeding. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within undertaken period, the office will place the matter before the Bench.

This modification application has been preferred to correct some typographical error which was crept in the petition bearing Cr. Misc. No.2508 of 2021 filed by learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26760 of 2021(2) dt.23-06-2021 2/2 drafting the bail application bearing Cr. Misc. No.2508 of 2021, due to inadvertence, in para-1 of the main petition and para-16 of the prayer portion in place of Excise Case No.27C3 of 2013, Maheshkhunt P.S. Case No.27C3 of 2013 corresponding to G.R. No.46 of 2013 was typed and the same was filed. For the reasons stated in this modification application, this application is allowed and the order dated 16.03.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No.2508 of 2021 is modified to the extent that P.S. Case No. be correctly read as Excise Case No.27C3 of 2013 and Special B.A. (Excise) No.531 of 2020. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) Trivedi/- U T
