1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.I. To issue a writ in the nature of Certiorari to quash the letter bearing Memo No. 485 dated 24.02.2023 issued under the signature of Circle Officer, Suryagarha whereby and whereunder the Circle Officer requested the Sub Divisional Officer for deputation of police force and fixed the date for removal of alleged encroachment on 17.03.2023 and 18.03.2023 without disposing the representation filed on behalf of the petitioner. II. To issue a writ in the nature of Certiorari to quash the letter bearing Memo No. 144 dated 18.01.2023 issued under the signature of Circle

Patna High Court CWJC No.6952 of 2023(2) dt.07-11-2023 2/2 Officer, Suryagarha whereby and whereunder the Circle Officer requested the Sub Divisional Officer for deputation of police force and fixed the date for removal of alleged encroachment on 20.01.2023 and 21.013.2023 without disposing the representation filed on behalf of the petitioner. III. To issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus Commanding the respondents not to remove the structures standing over the land bearing Khata No. 05 Plot No. 206 without disposing my representation dated 22.04.2021 as well as without providing proper opportunities of hearing to the petitioner on the said representation. IV. To issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents to make fresh measured of the land situated near the house of petitioner."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
