Petitioner is in jail custody since 03.03.2016 on the accusation that one country made pistol and one live cartridge and one dagger are said to have been recovered from his conscious possession when he along with others had assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity.

No doubt, petitioner has criminal antecedent of several cases but investigation against him has already been completed. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
