JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Taking into consideration that petitioner happens to be the main assailant and carries criminal antecedent of seven cases, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and, hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Session trial no. 2375 of 2014/ 2429 of 2014, arising out of Basnahi P.S.case No. 08 of 2014, pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge 1st Saharsa stands rejected.
