Case No.1006 of 2016 instituted under Section(s) 409 Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa.

Prayer of petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail was earlier refused by this Court by speaking order dated 20.02.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.6168 of 2017 (Annexure-1). This Court does not find any fresh ground to entertain this application.

Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
