====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-12-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State.
Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 162 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 406 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that merely on suspicion, petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that the allegations levelled in the FIR is false. As a matter of fact, the Programme Officer of Barun Block after finding the work complete and satisfactory signed the completion paper, as is
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.71575 of 2018(2) dt.18-12-2018 2/2 evident from Annexure-2. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 162 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
