The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 363/366A of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is that he kidnapped Alka Kumari, the daughter of the informant. The victim girl, in her statement under Section 164 Cr. P.C., has stated that she was in physical relationship with the petitioner, as the petitioner has promised to marry with her. Thereafter, the allegation is of black mailing to the victim. Later-on the victim has filed Runisaidpur P.S. Case No. 419 of 2015 against the petitioner and later-on, the parties have entered into compromise.
In the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Runisaidpur P.S. case No. 206 of 2015.
