The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Excise Case No. 17 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 47(a) of the Excise Act. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 20.03.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 41645 of 2014. It is submitted that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

Since the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner has already been rejected one year ago, I do not find any reason to review the earlier order.

Considering the facts aforesaid, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is again rejected.
