Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sheikhpura Mahila P.S. Case No. 55 of 2021 lodged under Sections 493, 376, 120B and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution, 3 persons including the present petitioner used to take the informant and arrange meeting with the accused Jitendra Kumar with whom illicit relation was developed and she became pregnant, subsequently the said Jitendra denied from marriage, thereafter this case has

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and she has clean antecedent. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 28.12.2021 and charge sheet has already been filed in this case. He further submits that said Jitendra has already been granted provisional bail granting 60 days time for marriage vide order dated 05.08.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18407 of 2022 by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court.
Learned counsel for the informant Sheo Nandan Prasad appeared and submits that the marriage has been solemnized between said Jitendra Kumar and informant and they were living happily together.
Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
In the present facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Sheikhpura in connection with Sheikhpura Mahila P.S. Case No. 55 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C..
