JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 30-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 323 of 2016 registered under Sections 273,307,337 and 338/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the case is of rash and negligence in driving the auto rickshaw and no case under Section 307 is made out. Also the F.I.R. has been lodged after forty days of the occurrence. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
