The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Ramnagar P. S. Case No. 230 of 2018 registered under Sections 188, 447, 418 and 420 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that several other co-accused persons having more or less similar allegation, have already been granted pre-arrest bail by different Benches of this Court, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners named above are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.70326 of 2018(2) dt.19-12-2018 2/2 (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M, Bagaha, District-West Champaran in connection with Ramnagar P. S. Case No. 230 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
