The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 307, 324 of the I.P.C. The petitioner allegedly caused murderous assault against three persons, out of whom two died.

In the past, prayer for bail was refused on 13.05.2019 vide order at Annexure-1.

Perused the report of the trial Judge. Prosecution evidence is going on.

Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge him on bail. Hence, prayer for bail is refused in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31594 of 2021(3) dt.29-09-2021 2/2 Case No. 103 of 2018 pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge Vth, Kaimur at Bhabua.
