1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(I) For direction to respondent authority to quash the letter dated 07/03/2024 issued under signature of Civil Surgeon Cum Member Secretary District health Committee Muzaffarpur. (II) For direction to reinstate the petitioner on the post of ASHA(Accredited Social Health Activist.) at centre no 443 Health Sub centre

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the order dated 07.03.2024, passed by the Civil Surgeon-cum-Member Secretary, District Health Committee, Muzaffarpur by filing appropriate appeal. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate appeal is filed by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today, the appellate authority shall decide the same on merits and pass a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

4. The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
