This Court, vide order dated 18.06.2020, had directed the State to file its counter affidavit, but no counter affidavit has been filed as yet.

A request has been made by the counsel for the petitioner, in stead of granting further time for filing affidavit, it will be better, the case may be disposed of with a direction to the authority concerned to make payment the admitted amount to the petitioner.

In view of such submission, this Court directs the petitioner to file a proper representation before the appropriate authority, who will examine the matter of the petitioner and
