Though the present writ petition has been filed for setting aside the order/communication of the Additional Collector, Saharsa, contained in memo dated 04.06.2020, issued to the petitioner, however, at the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a detailed petition/appeal has been filed before the Additional collector, Saharsa on 06.06.2020, which has been annexed as Annexure-11 to the present petition, hence the same be directed to be disposed off, expeditiously.

2. Per contra, the learned counsel for the respondentState submits that the aforesaid petition filed by the petitioner on 06.06.2020 shall definitely be considered in accordance with law and disposed off, forthwith.

3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh copy of the aforesaid petition dated 06.06.2020, annexing all the documents, before the District Magistrate, Saharsa, within a period of four weeks from today, whereupon the District Magistrate, Saharsa shall consider the same, in accordance with law and pass a reasoned and a speaking order thereon, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
