The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Shikarpur. P.S. Case No. 382 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner has been made accused in this case merely on the basis of suspicion and except suspicion there is nothing on record against the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner may be granted the privilege of anticipatory bail.
