Learned counsel for the opposite parties of the Bihar State Power(Holding) Company Ltd. submits that all the amounts have been paid to the petitioner. Subsequently on an information that the petitioner has died, fresh cheque was issued in favour of the wife of the deceased petitioner after cancelling the earlier cheque. It is also stated that copy of the show cause has been served upon learned counsel for the petitioner today. In the aforesaid circumstances, it appears that the order under contempt has substantially been complied with. The contempt application is, accordingly, disposed of. (Ramesh Kumar Datta, J) spal/- U
