The petitioners, namely, Vijay Yadav, Vishu Yadav, Mochhu Yadav @ Mochu Yadav, Dara Yadav and Mantu Yadav apprehend their arrest in Khijarsarai P.S. Case No.146 of 2015 under Section 147, 149, 431, 427, 337, 353, 323 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and section 13 of the UAP Act and section 3(i)(x) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42226 of 2015 (2) dt.15-10-2015 there is omnibus allegation against many persons including these petitioners. The co-accused persons, whose case is on same footing, have already been granted anticipatory bail by this court in Cr.Misc. No.33079 of 2015.

Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation as well as the manner of occurrence I direct the petitioners named above to surrender before the court below within one month from today and on their so surrendering, the court below is directed to release the petitioners on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.5,000/- (rupees five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Ms. Akanksha Kashyap, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Khijarsarai P.S. Case No.146 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
