For a direction to the respondents to dispose the representation of the Petitioner which has been filed for re-examining the Medical Test of the Petitioner which is pending before the District Commandant

(ii). For a direction to the respondents after eexamine the medical test if petitioner is found fit to select/appoint the petitioner on the post of home guard against the advertisement no. 2/1 whereas the seat of Home Guard is still vacant whose final result has been published bearing memo no. 1802 dated 11.03.2022 whereas the respondents themselves have invited objection on merit list by the candidate but without taking any action on the objections and without informing the conditions final result regarding the appointment of home guard has been published. (iii). For direction to the respondents One seat be vacant till the disposal of the case because vacancy is already available."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondents authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
