The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 290 of the Indian Penal Code and 47(a) of the Excise Act.

One hundred fifty three bottles of foreign liquor as well as country made liquor were recovered from a shop when the petitioners managed to escape from the scene. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the shop in question does not belong to the petitioners as petitioner no. 2 runs a milk booth where petitioner

A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioners surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 315 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chapra.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
