02. 07-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that she has already been released by an order passed by a court of competent jurisdiction and, as such, this application has become infructuous so far such relief is concerned.
So far the Relief No. 1(iii) is concerned, it is not being pressed by learned counsel for the petitioner in this proceeding as she wants to move before a competent forum for redressal of such grievance.
Accordingly, this writ application is dismissed as infructuous.
