JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 21-06-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel representing the State.

The petitioners want to renew his prayer of anticipatory bail, which was earlier dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 12.01.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26685 of 2014, on the ground that the petitioners have been granted police bail but again the police is searching the petitioners.

Under the circumstances, as the petitioners have been allowed police bail and as such they must surrender and seek regular bail in the court below and their prayer of regular bail shall be considered by the court below in the light of the fact that the petitioners have been granted police bail and they have not misused the privilege of bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21684 of 2017 (2) dt.21-06-2017 and accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous application is hereby disposed of.
