Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, during the pendency of this writ application, a counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the State in which it is sated that by Departmental Letter No.488 (Aa.Chi) dated 26.05.2023 (Annexure-A of the counter affidavit), the representation of the petitioner institute for granting N.O.C. has already been rejected.
