The petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 04.06.2010 (Annexure-6), whereby his previous License No. 67 of 2007 has been cancelled.

Counsel for the State submits that the petitioner has filed an appeal bearing Appeal No. 09 of 2008, which is pending before the Collector, Biharsharif.

This writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Collector, Biharsharif to dispose of the appeal within two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. If the appeal is not disposed of, the petitioner will be at liberty to either
